Full-Time Enterprise Data Analyst Position Available

The Enterprise Data Analyst (“EDA”) will utilize data from the internal data warehouse to identify trends and drive business outcomes. Under the CMO, your data discoveries and recommendations will have a direct impact on the overall marketing strategy.

This role will primarily work within the Marketing department, but will also work with other business units to utilize data in impacting business decisions and providing reports to monthly Board of Director meetings.

The EDA’s primary responsibility will be to facilitate revenue growth by acquiring, sorting, analyzing and disseminating data to drive marketing, product development and pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly and ad-hoc reports using Tableau using data sourced through our internal data warehouse
  • Generate recommendations based on identified trends to build out marketing strategy
  • Utilize data in specific marketing campaigns to target key segments
  • Create predictive analytics used to determine member behavior and product optimization
  • Be a thought starter with other departments around strategic projects
  • Present data in a compelling manner to executive team and Board of Directors
  • Utilize data from both internal sources and external sources to better develop and support recommendations
  • Create dashboard, where different departments can easily view trends to determine if products and sales teams are hitting projected targets
  • Serve as back-up for various report producers
  • Learn core processing system and loan products to assist in data analysis
  • Perform constant workflow analysis and develop more efficient processes for data gathering, analytics and distribution
  • Remain current with data analytics techniques, resources and utilizations
  • Analyze portfolio for risk management
  • Perform related duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

  • You have extensive knowledge of Tableau and data analytics
  • You have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executive team
  • Data driven. Experience analyzing data, patterns, and trends with a strong familiarity with marketing data and marketing analytics use-cases and needs with the ability to glean insights from data and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to set deadlines
  • Strong capacity for critical thinking and ability to see and highlight critical facts, trends and patterns from data
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge - Ability to create and manipulate/create spreadsheets/documents/reports (including incorporating macros and inter-active spreadsheets that interface with Core Operating Systems and other data sources)
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or other related field

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a financial institution
  • Knowledgeable of banking core programs such as Fiserv XP2

Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager Position Available

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch. Displays passion, commitment and the drive to deliver and maintain superior member service, upholding and adhering to the Member Experience Pledge. Supervises, coaches, motivates, assists, and encourages employees of the branch. Leads by example, demonstrating a professional demeanor in both attitude and dress and adheres to high ethical and professional standards. Committed to networking within the community to ensure the expansion and growth of Har-co is successful. Communicates closely with their manager and works as an active and effective member of the Har-co team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales promotion activities to fulfill business goals and targets
  • Process loan applications, process new memberships and cross-sell to generate referrals
  • Coach, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to their job description
  • Provide quality and exceptional service to members
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure the branch is kept clean, safe and orderly
  • Ensures that the branch is adequately staffed and maintains monthly schedule, along with the Branch Manager
  • Adheres to federal regulations, Har-co’s policies and procedures and security procedures to protect member information and to avoid losses to the Credit Union
  • Manage, process, and review timesheets, payroll, and daily attendance of employees
  • Performs and is knowledgeable of the duties of employees under their supervision
  • Maintains short/over records and payouts
  • Assists the Branch Manager in completing yearly performance appraisals on time. Assists the Branch Manager in exercising authority concerning employment and termination of employees
  • Assists the Branch Manager in interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
  • Completes projects and other duties assigned on a timely basis as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • [Required] Three (3) years of management experience and three (3) years of customer service and sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to manage multi-functional tasks
  • Ability to delegate

Preferred:

  • Banking/Credit Union background

Full-Time Teller Position Available

Requirements:

  • Cash handling experience
  • Customer service experience
  • A financial background is preferred
