**The introductory rate is as low as 3.00% APR (Wall Street Journal Prime Rate of 4.75% APR effective as of February 1, 2020, minus 1.75% introductory 12 month promotional discount). However, the APR shall never be lower than 3.00% during the life of the loan. The promotional discount of 1.75% applies for the first 12 months for new lines of credit only and cannot be used to pay off an existing Har-co Home Equity Line of Credit. Following the introductory period, the APR may vary based on the then-current prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. Prime Rate can change. Other interest rate discounts may apply if you qualify. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate. Rates advertised are based on a maximum combined loan-to-value (CLTV) of 80%.

No Closing Cost Option available if initial draw is $20,000.00 or more. If less than $20,000.00 you will be charged third party fees ranging between $500.00 and $1,700.00. If balance is paid off or plan is closed within 24 months of being opened you must reimburse to Har-co third party fees paid for you.

The HELOC program is available in MD, PA and DE. Property insurance is required. Flood insurance may also be required. Loan subject to credit approval. Membership eligibility required. Ask for details.
