HELOCs are variable rate loans indexed to the Wall Street Journal’s published Prime Rate (the “Prime Rate”) and are subject to change without notice. The APR shall never be lower than 2.99% (the Floor Rate) during the life of the loan. The APR may increase based on the then current Prime Rate and future changes thereto. Other interest rate discounts may apply, if you qualify. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rate. Rates advertised are based on a maximum combined loan amount (1st mortgage plus HELOC) of $520,950 and a maximum combined loan to value (“CLTV” of 80%), and Members qualifying for and taking advantage of all available discounts. Actual interest rate charged will be based on the applicant(s) credit factors and discounts for which the applicant may qualify for or take advantage of, but will not be below the Floor Rate.

Har-co will pay actual closing costs of up to $2,000.00. You will be responsible for any remaining closing costs above the $2,000.00. HAR-CO paid closing costs must be recouped prior to closing or refinancing the HELOC in order to not have to reimburse Har-co for the actual 3 rd -party closing costs that it paid on your behalf.

The HELOC program is available in various counties in MD, PA and DE. Property insurance is required. Flood and Title insurance may also be required. Loan subject to credit approval. Har-co membership eligibility required. Ask for details.
