HAR-CO has updated our Mobile Banking App. You will need to delete your old app off of your device(s) and navigate to the app store and download the new app to your device(s).




Mobiliti™ is the ultimate on-demand service. With it you can now monitor your accounts using your mobile phone... receive alerts, view accounts, even transfer funds whenever you need to.

Wherever you happen to be. You decide how you’ll use it! Request a text message be sent if your balance falls below $50 or when your direct deposit is in your account! And you don’t need Internet access on your phone to take advantage of Mobiliti™. You can send a simple text message to:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction history

Message and data rates may apply.

If you do have Internet access from your phone, it gets even better. You can log on to:

Mobile Check Deposit

Easily deposit your checks where ever you may be. Make a quick and secure deposit of your checks with HAR-CO’s Mobile Banking App. You can even check your balance, find ATMs, pay bills and transfer funds.

Mobile Check Deposit Required Endorsement

All checks deposited through mobile banking must be endorsed as follows:

  1. Sign your check as your name appears on the front of the check.
  2. Write “For Mobile Deposit Only at HAR-CO Credit Union”.
  3. Include your member number.

Funds are usually available 3 business days after posting. Keep your paper check for 14 days after posting. Checks not properly endorsed will be rejected.

Educational Tips on using Mobile Check Deposit

Before logging into the Mobile Deposit app, close all other apps running in the background on your mobile phone.

  1. Make sure the back of your check has been endorsed properly.
  2. When prompted for the amount, carefully enter the check amount to ensure it matches the amount written on your check.
  3. Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking your photos.
  4. Keep the check within the view finder on the camera screen when capturing your photos.
  5. Try not to get too much of the areas surrounding the check.
  6. Take the photos of your check in a well-lit area.
  7. Place the check on solid dark background before taking the photo of it.
  8. Keep your phone flat and steady above the check when taking your photos.
  9. Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce corner to corner skew.
  10. Make sure that the entire check image is visible and in focus before submitting your deposit.
  11. No shadows across the check
  12. All four corners are visible
  13. Check is not blurry
  14. The MICR line (numbers on the bottom of your check) is readable.


One App To Control All Your Credit and Debit Cards

HAR-CO Credit Union is pleased to introduce CardValet®, a mobile card management application that helps reduce account fraud by allowing cardholders to monitor accounts with their smartphone and control how, when and where their credit and debit cards are used.

CardValet® is available in the Apple® App Store or Google® Play. Once CardValet® is set up, cardholders have the ability to “turn off ” their card when not in use, establish transaction spending limits and decline a transaction when the amount exceeds a predefined threshold.

Real-time smartphone alerts can be customized based on the types of information each cardholder would like to receive. For example, a cardholder can set up an alert to be notified when a card is used, when a transaction is approved and exceeds any of the permitted use policies, or when a card transaction has been attempted but has been declined based on the parameters established. CardValet® offers cardholders the capability of linking additional accounts to better monitor dependent spending. So, by using the GPS system in their smart phone, geographic use restrictions can be established for college students along with restrictions on merchant type and spending limits.
