We’re seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team! This role is pivotal for the marketing team working on all marketing outputs for the organization. Through your storytelling, you will create social media posts, video content, emails, display, OOH, print collateral and other digital tactics. You’ll design and implement both the creative and copy for marketing campaigns. Your work will directly impact the growth and retention campaigns for the credit union. You’ll expand the scope of our brand by using creativity and data to develop rich campaigns that reach our audiences. You’ll also have direct influence over the website content and user experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan and develop all creative and copy for strategic marketing campaigns to promote products across different marketing channels including social media, video content, emails, display, OOH, print collateral, and others
- Use the Adobe Creative Cloud to build campaigns while remaining consistent with established brand
- Develop both organic weekly content and paid campaigns for all social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Snap, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design and manage experiential marketing for local events
- Create and edit video content to support :shop local" initiatives
- Manage email campaigns through third party tool
- Edit and introduce new content for website through template tool
- Work closely with sales team to increase sales traffic
- Create Google Ads PPC campaigns
- Develop understanding of Har-co products to market effectively
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Analyze market trends
- Support additional needs of the business
Who you are:
- 1-3 years experience in marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar area
- Digital marketing and social media management experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.)
- Familiar with web creation tools (i.e. Webflow, Wix, SquareSpace, WordPress) preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and adhere to deadlines
- Creative self-starter able to generate new ideas for copy and creative
- Strong understanding and experience in promoting businesses on social media platforms
- Understanding of the finance industry preferred
- Knowledge of Google Ads
Pay and Benefits:This is a full time in person position with a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, voluntary short term disability insurance, 11 paid holidays, paid time off based on years of service, and a 401(k) plan with employer match available.
