Summary

Maximize credit union sales volume with our existing members and new member leads. A concentrated focus in existing member base that are not highly active or engaged in our current products and services. Always uphold the Member Experience Pledge while being an effective part of the Har-co team.

Responsibilities  

• Responsible for placing outbound sales calls to targeted members and new member leads.  
• Ability to attend offsite events after normal business hours to help generate new leads.
• Ability to recognize sales opportunities by understanding member needs.
• Follow-up on leads and referrals through a phone call or e-mail.
• Maintains current member relationships.
• Must have a complete understanding of Har-co’s products and services.    
• Must adhere to Har-co’s policies and procedures.
• Focused on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Complete understanding of pricing models.
• Solid experience with structuring the methods for selling financial products and recommending offers to management.
• Other duties as may be assigned by management.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to advise members on product options.
• Organized.
• Ambitious and self motivated.
• Helpful, friendly, enthusiastic.
• Exceptional telephone skills.  
• Outbound call experience.
• 2 to 5 years financial product sales experience.
