How will I get notified if my rate changes?

If your rate changes, it will appear on your monthly statement. No separate notice will be sent.

Does the Secured Visa get cash back?

The Secured Visa earns 1% cash back on all purchases! If you want to earn 5% cash back on local purchases, you'll have to apply for the new Har-co card.

What do I do if my card has been stolen or lost?

If your VISA® Debit or VISA® Credit Card is lost or stolen, IMMEDIATELY notify the credit union by calling 410.838.9090 during regular business hours. If you discover your card is lost or stolen when the credit union is closed, report your card lost/stolen by dialing 1.800.472.3272.

What happens if fraudulent activity is suspected?

If fraudulent activity is suspected, the Fraud Monitoring Service automated notification system will call you directly at your current phone number on file to verify transactions. Based on your instructions, Har-co's Fraud Monitoring Service can permanently block your card, place a temporary block on your card, or they can take no action at all and close the alert.
