System Enhancements.

We’re upgrading our systems to bring you faster, more seamless, and more reliable digital and in‑branch services. While some branches and services will be temporarily unavailable during the transition, this enhancement ensures a stronger, more efficient banking experience for the future. Please view the below information and FAQs to learn more.

Key Dates

Thursday, February 19th, 2026 @ 4pm through Sunday, February 22, 2026

Overview

  • You will continue using your existing card. Credit cards will not be reissued, and card numbers will remain the same.

  • The rates and terms of your credit card, as well as due date will remain the same. Payments will remain due on the 25th of each month.

  • Statements will now be processed on the 28th of each month allowing activity through that date. Previously, statements cycled on the 25th but were processed after month end.

  • Members currently receiving e-statements will need to re-enroll through the card management section of online banking.

  • The new credit card statement will display a masked version of your credit card number rather than your member number.

  • Beginning Thursday, February 19th at 4pm, credit card accounts will not display on online banking until February 23rd, 2026. Online banking will remain available.

  • Payments by mail should be sent to P.O. Box 2711 Omaha, NE 68103-2711. This address will be found on statements as you receive them. If you use an online bill payment service, please update this address on or after February 23, or consider making payments directly through the card management feature in online banking.

  • Members using the ‘Pay/Transfer Now’ portal will receive notification with instructions on how to transition to the new platform.

  • We now offer 24/7 card assistance for support regarding balance inquiries, payments, transaction history, statements, or disputes, please call 1-844-249-1450.

  • The new fraud alert phone number is 1-833-763-2013. This number will appear on your caller ID if we contact you regarding potential fraud. It will not come from Har-co.

  • You will continue using your existing card. Credit cards will not be reissued, and card numbers will remain the same.

  • Prior to conversion, if your loan has a credit balance, these funds will be transferred to your regular savings.

Online Banking Features

  • Easily view cards on file, including subscriptions and recurring payments.

  • Link external bank accounts to pay your credit card.

  • Access full digital card information without using a physical card.

  • Turn your card on or off, this will not impact previously schedules recurring payments.

  • Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Set controls by location, spending limits, merchant type, and transaction type.

  • Receive alerts for card activity or attempted transactions.

  • View transactions with enhanced merchant details as well as spend insight analytics.

  • Enroll in e-statements statements for faster, more secure access.
