What is bill pay?
Bill pay is an easy way to manage your payments. Payments can often be received in as little as one business day, even that same afternoon if necessary. Set up automatic payments and organize your bills like utilities, cable and phone.
How do I sign up for Online Banking?
Click on New User Registration in the Online Access Login box on our homepage and enter the following information:
• Member #
• Primary Member’s SSN
• Primary Member’s Date of Birth
• A valid email address
Is my information secure?
Yes. Har-co Credit Union's Online Banking uses several methods to ensure that your info is secure.
• SSL. Har-co Credit Union’s Online Banking uses SSL (secure sockets layer) which ensures that your connection and info are secure from outside inspection.
• Encryption. Har-co Credit Union’s Online Banking uses 128-bit encryption to make your info unreadable as it passes over the Internet.
• Automatic Sign Out. Har-co Credit Union’s Online Banking automatically signs you out of a session if you are inactive for a predefined time (usually 10 minutes). This feature helps prevent another person from being able to resume your session if you walk away. For best security, don't use your browser's Back or Refresh buttons, and sign out immediately after you finish your tasks in Online Banking.
Can I transfer money to/from my account at another Financial Institution?
Yes. Har-co Credit Union’s Online Banking included External Transfers.
External Transfers may be complete in the online environment under Transfers. External Transfers will have to be set up again and there will be a verification process that will involve small transactions between the accounts added.
External Transfers may only be used between like owned accounts -example: an account you own at Har-co Credit Union and an account you own at another Financial Institution.
External Transfers are not for sending money to an account that you do not own. Popmoney through Har-co Credit Union’s Bill Pay is the quickest and easiest way to send or receive money from another individual.
