July 14^th, 2025 – Bel Air, MD – Har-co Credit Union is proud to announce its partnership with the Harford County Education Foundation to fund the Har-co Credit Union Building Bright Minds Grant worth $10,000. This grant is a transformative initiative designed to empower educators, bridge learning gaps, and inspire student achievement - reinforcing Har-co Credit Union’s commitment to fostering excellence in education.

Teachers can apply for funding to bring innovative classroom projects to life, fostering student engagement and critical thinking. “I am thrilled that Har-co can support the foundation through these grants, helping to empower teachers and unlock every child’s potential”, States Erin McComas, Director or Member Experience and Engagement. “As a parent of a Harford County Public School student, I am excited we are able to team up with Harford County Education Foundation to offer the Building Bright Mind Grants for our teachers”.
