This position would be a great opportunity for a Branch Manager who is looking to take the next step in growing within a local community financial institution. As a key member of our business development efforts, the Small Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with small businesses, their owners and employees (Select Employee Groups of “SEGS”) within our community. They will work closely with the VP/Branch Administration Officer to develop training and support our Branch Managers to help them develop relationships with the small business community within their respective markets. The Small Business Development Officer will play a vital role in expanding our business portfolio and ensuring the overall growth and success of Har-co Credit Union.
Pay and Benefits: This is a full-time exempt position with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 with the possibility of an annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, voluntary short-term disability insurance, 11 paid holidays, paid time off based on years of service, and a 401(k) plan with employer match available.
